By accessing or using Olivo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts and Roles

Olivo supports three user roles: Clients, Photographers, and Administrators. Each role has specific permissions and responsibilities:

Clients — May search for photographers, view portfolios, and submit booking requests.
Photographers — May create professional profiles, list services, and manage bookings.
Administrators — May manage platform content, users, and enforce these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Account Verification

All users are required to verify their email address upon registration. Photographers may also be subject to additional identity verification. Verified status is displayed on photographer profiles. Olivo reserves the right to suspend unverified or fraudulent accounts.

4. Photographer Responsibilities

You must own or have the rights to all portfolio content you upload
Service prices and descriptions must be accurate and not misleading
You must respond to booking requests in a timely manner
You may not post inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material

5. Client Responsibilities

Booking requests must be made in good faith
You may not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
You must treat photographers respectfully

6. Portfolio and Content Protection

All portfolio images displayed on Olivo remain the intellectual property of the respective photographers. Unauthorized downloading, reproduction, or distribution of portfolio content is strictly prohibited. We implement technical measures to help protect portfolio content.

7. Privacy and Data

User contact information (email, phone number) is kept private and never publicly disclosed to other users. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Olivo acts as a marketplace connecting clients and photographers. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided, disputes between users, or any damages arising from use of the platform beyond what is required by applicable law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The Olivo name, logo, branding, visual identity, website design, user interface, search experience, marketplace structure, platform functionality, software, source code, and proprietary content are the exclusive intellectual property of Olivo.

No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, modified, imitated, reverse engineered, republished, or commercially reused without prior written permission.

11. Trademark Notice

Olivo™ is a trademark of Olivo. The Olivo logo, brand assets, colors, and visual identity may not be copied, modified, reproduced, or used without written permission from Olivo.

12. Platform Protection

The Olivo platform, including its branding, user interface, search system, design elements, marketplace structure, and functionality, is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, imitation, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

13. Photographer Content Ownership

Photographers retain full ownership of all images and content uploaded to the platform. By uploading content, photographers grant Olivo a limited, non-exclusive license to display and promote that content within the platform solely for marketplace functionality. This license does not transfer ownership and does not permit Olivo to sell or license your content to third parties.
